Application of Terms

These Website Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") apply to your access and use of www.hireafrica.io (the "Site"), including all software, data, reports, text, images, sounds, video, and content made available through any portion of the Site (collectively, the "Content"). Content includes all such elements as a whole, as well as individual elements and portions thereof.

Acceptance of Terms

Hi-Re Africa ("Hi-Re," "we," "us," or "our") permits you ("User" or "you" or "your") to access and use the Site and Content, subject to these T&Cs. By accessing or using any portion of the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you are entering into these T&Cs on behalf of a company or other legal entity ("User Entity"), you must have the legal authority to contractually bind such User Entity to these T&Cs, in which case the terms "you" or "your" or "User" will refer to such User Entity. If you lack such legal authority to bind, or you do not agree with these T&Cs, you must not accept these T&Cs or access or use the Site or Content.

T&Cs Updates

Hi-Re Africa reserves the right to change or modify portions of these T&Cs at any time at its sole discretion. We will post the changes on the Site and indicate the date these terms were last revised at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to periodically review the T&Cs for updates. Your continued use of the Site and Content after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated T&Cs.

General Conditions for Access and Use

Authorization to Access and Use Site and Content Subject to your compliance with these T&Cs, you may access or use the Site and Content solely to evaluate Hi-Re Africa's products and services. You may only link to the Site or Content as expressly permitted by Hi-Re Africa.

Ownership and Restrictions All rights, title, and interest in and to the Site and Content belong exclusively to Hi-Re Africa. You may not:

• Sublicense, resell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, time share, or otherwise commercially exploit or make the Site and Content available to any third party.
• Use the Site and Content in any unlawful manner (including in violation of any data privacy laws in Ghana) or interfere with the Site's performance.
• Modify, adapt, hack, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site and Content or any Hi-Re Africa systems or networks.

You may download, display, and print one copy of publicly available materials on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the material in any way and keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. You agree not to access the Site or Content by any means other than through the interface provided by Hi-Re Africa.

Responsibility for Your Data You are solely responsible for all data, information, and other content that you upload, post, or otherwise provide or store (hereafter "post(ing)") in connection with or relating to the Site.

Reservation of Rights Hi-Re Africa and its licensors own and retain their respective rights in and to all logos, company names, marks, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, know-how, patents, and patent applications used or embodied in or otherwise related to the Site and Content. No rights or licenses are granted to you under these T&Cs.

Use of Intellectual Property

Rights in User Content By posting information and other content ("User Content") on or through the Site, you grant Hi-Re Africa a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, and perform User Content in connection with the Site. Hi-Re Africa has the right to monitor the Site and may remove or disable User Content at its discretion.

Unsecured Transmission of User Content You understand that User Content may be unencrypted and involve transmission to Hi-Re Africa's third-party vendors and hosting partners to operate and maintain the Site. You bear sole responsibility for adequate security, protection, and backup of User Content. Hi-Re Africa is not liable for unauthorized access or loss of User Content.

Feedback By submitting ideas or comments ("Feedback") regarding the Site, Content, or Hi-Re Africa's services, you agree that Hi-Re Africa may use such Feedback in any way without obligation or compensation.

Representations and Warranties You represent and warrant to Hi-Re Africa that your activity on the Site and Hi-Re Africa's possession and use of User Content do not infringe any third party's rights and do not contain any defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material.

Termination of Access Due to Violations Hi-Re Africa may, in its sole discretion, terminate your access to the Site if you violate these T&Cs. You also agree that any violation by you will cause irreparable harm to Hi-Re Africa, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to Hi-Re Africa obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief deemed necessary.

No Warranties and Disclaimer by Hi-Re Africa The Site and Content are provided "as-is" and without any warranties. Hi-Re Africa disclaims all representations and warranties, including any implied warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Hi-Re Africa does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to the Site or Content.

Limited Liability

Exclusion of Damages Hi-Re Africa will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including damages for loss of business or profits) arising out of these T&Cs, including your use or inability to use the Site and Content. The aggregate liability of Hi-Re Africa with respect to these T&Cs will in no event exceed GHS 1.00.

Jurisdictional Limitations In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, Hi-Re Africa's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Dispute Resolution; Waiver of Jury Trial These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Ghana. In any action arising out of these T&Cs, each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Accra, Ghana, and waives any right to a jury trial.

No Reliance; Due Inquiry You acknowledge that the Site and Content are provided as general information, and you should conduct due diligence and additional inquiries before making any business decisions. Only after reviewing Hi-Re Africa's service offering and agreements should you make any final decisions.

Miscellaneous These T&Cs, together with Hi-Re Africa's Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement with respect to the Site. Access to password-restricted portions of the Site and subsequent use of Hi-Re Africa's services may be subject to additional agreements.

Hi-Re Africa does not conduct business with or seek transactions with individuals or entities in geographic areas where access to or use of Hi-Re Africa's services is prohibited by applicable law. By accessing the Site, you represent that you are not restricted under any Ghanaian or international laws.
